HOW DO I CONTROL MY SOMFY BLIND OR CURTAIN WITH THE REMOTE?
If you have a single channel remote you will have three buttons. The up arrow will open the blinds (or curtain) and the down arrow will close the blinds (or curtains). If you would like to stop the blind in a mid-way position press the 'my' button when it reaches the desired position. For a multiple channel remote make sure you are on the right channel associated with the blind or curtain.
WHY IS MY REMOTE NOT WORKING?
Make sure you are on the channel associated with the blind, the red lights at the bottom of the remote show you which channel you are on. If this does not fix the issue try changing the batteries (you will need a CR2032 coin battery).
CAN I CONTROL MY BLINDS INDIVIDUALLY?
If you have a single channel remote and multiple blinds you will not be able to control them individually with your current remote. However if you have a 5-channel or 16-channel remote you can assign individual blinds to each channel.
